I usually conduct interior (and daytime exterior) photoshoots earlier in the day, and return later for twilight shots. If the weather does not permit this, we can schedule an appropriate time. In such cases, please ensure all yard preparations are done beforehand. Due to outdoor lighting conditions, it is typically not feasible to do twilight and interior shots in the same session. For twilight shots, I can return at the appropriate time without needing to re-enter the house.
It’s crucial that all interior and exterior lights are on and blinds are open. To avoid any disruptions, please ask occupants to stay out of the main living areas, as I can see people standing by the windows. I aim to take duplicate shots during the hour around sunset to capture the best lighting.
If there are pools or spas, please turn on the lights and remove covers, and activate any water features. Upon request, I can also take some drone images at this time, as the lighting tends to be more dramatic and captivating.
